Hey, welcome to another guided meditation from scattered moments. And today's meditation is especially for those who are weary souls. For those who feel like they're limping into tomorrow. For those who carry regret, old memories, old failures, old shame. This meditation is for those who do not feel like they have it all together. So, if you're in that group, let's settle in now. Become still. Take a slow breath. Breathe in. And breathe out. Again, breathe in the grace of God and release the weight you have been carrying. Romans chapter eight begins with these remarkable words. There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. Let that settle deep into your soul. No condemnation. Not reduced condemnation. Not delayed condemnation. No condemnation. God is not unaware of your past. He sees every wound, every failure, every crooked road, every moment you wish you could revisit. And yet, through Christ, he does not hold those sins over your head like chains. The cross carried what you could not carry. Perhaps these are the memories that still return in quiet moments. Things said, things done. Opportunities lost. People hurt. Years wasted. Maybe you have visited those places in your mind again and again. Today, you do not have to carry them alone. Imagine now placing those burdens at the feet of Jesus one by one, not hiding them, not explaining them, just releasing them. Hear the words again. Hear Christ whisper gently, I remember them no more. The shame does not define you. Your worst chapter is not your final chapter. Grace has the final word. Take another deep breath. Breathe in mercy and breathe out regret. Breathe in peace, God's great shalom, and breathe out fear. Breathe in grace and release the past. This is a new day. And God's mercies are new this morning and tomorrow morning. And every morning after that. Rest now in that mercy. And when you are ready, slowly return to the moment. Take care. Notice the scattered moments and share the grace.
